    • middle aged
    • Grade I

  • Histology

    • monomorphic subependymal gial cells
    • fibrillary matrix, frequent microcystic change
    • can have calcifications, hemorrhage, vacular proliferation, pseudorosettes
    • lack mitosis

  • Stains

    • positive: GFAP
    • Ki67 < 1%
