    • fried egg perinuclear halos
    • capillary network
    • calcifications
    • can have nuclear atypia and occasional mitosis
    • anaplastic oligodendroglioma if vascular proliferation, necrosis or significant mitosis

  • Stains

    • Ki67 < 5%

  • Molecular

    • 1p19q deletion
