    • AML monocytic

  • Mature +/- abnormal forms

    • reaction: transient, can have immunophenotype of CMML but lacks myeloid dysplasia
    • CMML: chronic, CD56+, myeloid dysplasia, dim HLADR, CD13
    • secondary to: neutrophilia, neutropenia, granulomatous dz, histiocytic dz, Hodgkin lymphoma
