    • elevated serum steroid hormones
    • testicular
      • 3-5cm
      • 10% metastasize, almost always in adults

  • Histology

    • cytology: pink polygonal cells, lipid in cytoplasm
    • can have adipose metaplasia, spindle cell change

  • Stains

    • steroid hormones
    • vimentin, inhibin+

  • Ddx

    • adrenogenital syndrome
    • Nelson syndrome
    • Leydig cell hyperplasia
    • malakoplakia
