Clinical- elevated serum steroid hormones
- testicular
- 3-5cm
- 10% metastasize, almost always in adults
Histology- cytology: pink polygonal cells, lipid in cytoplasm
- can have adipose metaplasia, spindle cell change
Stains- steroid hormones
- vimentin, inhibin+
Ddx- adrenogenital syndrome
- Nelson syndrome
- Leydig cell hyperplasia
- malakoplakia
