    • multiple lobes or bilateral hemispheres
  • Histology

    • mostly astrocytic, can be oligo
    • atypical spindle cells, infiltrative
    • advanced disease may have necrosis and vascular proliferation
  • Stains

    • variable GFAP and S100
    • Ki67 < 30%
