      • arises in epididymis, spermatic cord, tunica albuginea

  • Gross

    • uterus
      • intramural mass

  • Histology

    • tubules, cords, with flattened lining
    • lining: single layer, flat to cuboidal
    • cytology: eosinophilic mesothelial cells, vacuoles
    • stroma: fibrous, smooth muscle
    • lack atypia, mitosis, desmoplasia

  • Stains

    • positive: CK, EMA, calretinin
    • CD34 negative
