  • Morphology

    • starry sky (macrophages ingesting apoptotic cells)
    • mitosis
    • can have granulomatous inflammation
    • can have plasmacytoid differentiation, esp in immunocompromised
  • Stains

    • positive: B markers, CD10, BCL6, CD38, CD77, CD43, Ki67 (>95%)
    • negative: BCL2, TdT
  • Molecular

    • MYC translocation, 8q24
    • usually with IGH, t(8;14)
    • other myc txl: t(8;22), t(2;8)
