Clinical- elevated inhibin and mullerian-inhibiting hormone
- testicular
- 25% have gynecomastia
- average age 44
Histology- patterns: microfollicular (most common), macrofollicular, insular, trabecular, gyriform, solid, pseudosarcomatous
- Call-Exner bodies
- cytology: round/oval, coffee-bean nuclei, peripheral nucleoli
- may have focal theca cell, smooth muscle or osteoid
