    • 4% of primary cutaneous lymphomas
    • median age 70
    • female predominance (3:1)
    • most commonly in leg
  • Histology

    • sheets of blasts
    • frequent mitosis
  • Stains

    • positive: B markers, BCL2, BCL6, MUM1, FOXP1
    • negative: CD10
    • 10% is negative for BCL2 and MUM1
