Clinical- 4% of primary cutaneous lymphomas
- median age 70
- female predominance (3:1)
- most commonly in leg
Histology- sheets of blasts
- frequent mitosis
Stains- positive: B markers, BCL2, BCL6, MUM1, FOXP1
- negative: CD10
- 10% is negative for BCL2 and MUM1
