- atypical lipomatous tumor
Clinical- middle aged, peak in 60s
- site: deep limbs, esp thighs, retroperitoneum, paratesticular, mediastinum
Histology- mostly mature fat
- scattered hyperchromatic stromal cells
- rarely can have heterologous elements
- bone
- smooth, skeletal muscle
