Clinical- sporadic or hereditary (hereditary renal/urogenital dysplasia)
- kidney can be large or small
- unilateral or bilateral
- obstruction, dilated ureter, posterior urethral valves
Histology- architectural distortion
- cysts
- immature cartilage
- spindle cells around dysplastic ducts
- interstitial fibrosis
- foci of normal nephrons
