- location: extremities, trunk
- onset: 2 month, rapid growth
- size: < 3-5 cm
Histology- border: poorly circumscribed
- plump spindle cells
- large ganglion-like cells
- mitosis without atypia
- fibromyxoid stroma
- can have metaplastic bone
Stains- actin+ (SMA, MSA)
- desmin-
- CK-, S100-
