  • Clinical

    • 60% of cutaneous B lymphoma
    • usually solitary lesion on scalp, trunk
  • Histology

    • lymphoid infiltrate (perivascular, periadnexal) sparing epidermis
    • architecture: ill defined follicular to diffuse
    • cytology: predominantly monotonous centrocytes as well as centroblasts
  • Stains

    • follicles: BCL6 (centrocytes and centroblasts), CD35 (dendritic cells), CD20, CD79a
    • CD10 positive in follicular, and negative in diffuse
    • negative: BCL2, MUM1, FoxP1, CD5
