Clinical- 60% of cutaneous B lymphoma
- usually solitary lesion on scalp, trunk
Histology- lymphoid infiltrate (perivascular, periadnexal) sparing epidermis
- architecture: ill defined follicular to diffuse
- cytology: predominantly monotonous centrocytes as well as centroblasts
Stains- follicles: BCL6 (centrocytes and centroblasts), CD35 (dendritic cells), CD20, CD79a
- CD10 positive in follicular, and negative in diffuse
- negative: BCL2, MUM1, FoxP1, CD5
