    • skin lesion
    • frequent ulceration, hemorrhage
    • rapid progression
  • Histology

    • band like, lichenoid infiltrate with epidermotropism
    • CD8 T cells infiltrate epidermis
    • adnexa invasion
  • Stains

    • positive: CD3, CD8, cytotoxic (granzymeB, TIA1, perforin), beta F1
    • negative: CD4, CD5
  • Ddx

    • aggressive clinical course distinguishes this from the following:
    • rare CD8+ MF
    • pagetoid reticulosis
    • lymphomatoid papulosis type D
