Clinical- solitary skin plaque, nodule or tumor
- site: face, neck, upper trunk
- diagnosis requires exclusion of MF
Histology- dense dermal infiltrate +/- subq
- minimal epidermotropism (vs mycosis fungoides)
- pleomorphic T cells
- size: small, medium +/- small large component
Stains- positive: CD3, CD4
- negative: CD8, CD30
MolecularDdx- MF: has preceding patch, and more epidermotropism
