  • Clinical

    • solitary skin plaque, nodule or tumor
    • site: face, neck, upper trunk
    • diagnosis requires exclusion of MF

  • Histology

    • dense dermal infiltrate +/- subq
    • minimal epidermotropism (vs mycosis fungoides)
    • pleomorphic T cells
    • size: small, medium +/- small large component

  • Stains

    • positive: CD3, CD4
    • negative: CD8, CD30

  • Molecular

    • TCR clonal rearrangement

  • Ddx

    • MF: has preceding patch, and more epidermotropism
    • reactive
