Clinical- site: lower extremity. Also in chest wall, butt, arm.
Histology- vessels: hyalinizing
- spindle to rounded cells, hyperchromatic pleomorphic nuclei, nuclear inclusions. No mitosis.
- inflammation: lymphoplasmacytic, mast cells, eosinophils
- can have psammoma bodies
Stains- positive: vimentin
- negative: S100, CK, actin, desmin, CD31
