  • Clinical

    • site: lower extremity. Also in chest wall, butt, arm.
  • Histology

    • vessels: hyalinizing
    • spindle to rounded cells, hyperchromatic pleomorphic nuclei, nuclear inclusions. No mitosis.
    • inflammation: lymphoplasmacytic, mast cells, eosinophils
    • can have psammoma bodies
  • Stains

    • positive: vimentin
    • negative: S100, CK, actin, desmin, CD31
