Clinical- can progress to neoplasm
- if has hx of neoplasm, most likely early reocurrence
Histology- mucosal folds, undulating urothelium, thickened urothelium
- not neoplastic: lack detached papillary fronds, lack complex arborization
Ddx- dysplasia/UCIS with early papillary formation (has atypia)
- papillary neoplasm (has detached fronds or arborization)
