    • site: extremities (70%), trunk, head/neck, retroperitoneum

  • Histology

    • architecture: lobules, nests, cords, trabecula
    • cytology: round to oval cells, low mitosis (< 1 per 10 hpf)
    • stroma: fibromyxoid
    • 80% have partial shell of bone

  • Stains

    • positive: vimentin, S100 (70%)
