    • border: unencapsulated, poorly circumscribed
    • collagen, haphazard arrangement, paucicellular
    • entrapped adipose, nerve
    • can extend into underlying muscle

  • Stains

    • vimentin, CD34, CD99+
    • actin, desmin negative
