    • site: hands and feet
    • size: 1-8 cm

  • Histology

    • low grade
    • myxoid stroma
    • mixed inflammation
    • tumor cells singly or in nodules
      • spindle cells
      • ganglion-like cells with inclusion-like nucleoli
      • multivacuolated lipoblast-like cells
    • invade into subcutaneous fat, joints, tendons
    • No muscle or bone invasion

  • Stains

    • vimentin+
    • variable CD68, CD34
    • rare SMA
    • negative for LCA, T/B markers, CD30
