Clinical- median age: 60
- soft tissue site: proximal extremities and girdles
Histology- architecture: multinodular with fibrous septa
- cytology: epithelioid or spindled, pink granular vacuolated cytoplasm, oval nuclei
- stroma: myxoid or chondromyxoid, hemorrhage is common
- can have areas of sheets of high grade epithelioid cells
- cellular variant: diffusely cellular, more mitosis
