    • site: limbs, limb girdles
    • metastasis to lung, bone, nodes

  • Histology

    • multinodular
    • myxoid stroma
    • spindle cells
    • grading
      • low: hypocellular
      • intermediate: more cellular, pleomorphic
      • high grade: extensive cellular areas, necrosis

  • Stains

    • vimentin+
    • actin is rare and focal
    • negative for desmin, histiocytic markers (CD68)
