  • Clinical

    • postmenopausal bleeding, exogenous estrogen
    • most are low grade, good prognosis

  • Histology

    • glandular, mucinous cells
    • must have > half mucinous cells (PASD+)
    • looks like mucinous carcinoma of endocervix

  • Stains

    • PASD stains over half of cells
