Clinical- female predominance (6:1)
- mean age 46
Histology- cysts, glands, papilla
- lining: cuboidal, columnar, sometimes focal urothelial, can have papillary tufts
- stroma: plump spindle cells, smooth muscle, collagen, myxoid, fat. Bland cytology.
Stains- spindle cells: actin, desmin, ER/PR+
- epithelium: CK, vimentin+
