  • Clinical

    • female predominance (6:1)
    • mean age 46

  • Histology

    • cysts, glands, papilla
    • lining: cuboidal, columnar, sometimes focal urothelial, can have papillary tufts
    • stroma: plump spindle cells, smooth muscle, collagen, myxoid, fat. Bland cytology.

  • Stains

    • spindle cells: actin, desmin, ER/PR+
    • epithelium: CK, vimentin+
