- recurrent UTI
- bladder involvement is much more common
- pulmonary form is associated with Rhodococcus
Gross- dilated pelvis, calyces
- soft yellow-brown nodules
Histology- sheets, nodules
- eosinophilic histiocytes (von Hansemann histiocytes)
- basophilic target-like inclusions (Michaelis-Gutmann bodies)
