    • recurrent skin lesion
    • 90% benign, 10% develop Hodgkins or MF
  • Histology types

    • A: CD30+ RS-like cells, dermal infiltrate, background mixed inflammation
    • B: CD3+ CD4+ cerebriform lymphocytes, epidermotropic, CD30-, CD8-
    • C: monotonous dermal sheets of CD30+ T cells
    • D: CD8+ CD30+ lymphocytes, epidermotropic, often TIA1+, granzymeB+
    • E: CD30+ betaF1+ lymphocytes, often CD8+, TIA1+
