Clinical- median age 45
- recurrent skin lesion
- 90% benign, 10% develop Hodgkins or MF
Histology types- A: CD30+ RS-like cells, dermal infiltrate, background mixed inflammation
- B: CD3+ CD4+ cerebriform lymphocytes, epidermotropic, CD30-, CD8-
- C: monotonous dermal sheets of CD30+ T cells
- D: CD8+ CD30+ lymphocytes, epidermotropic, often TIA1+, granzymeB+
- E: CD30+ betaF1+ lymphocytes, often CD8+, TIA1+
