    • EBV
    • immunocompromised
    • site: 90% pulmonary involvement

  • Morphology

    • angiocentric, angiodestructive
    • polymorphous lymphs predominantly T cells and B cells

  • Grading

    • 1: polymorphous lymphs without atypia
    • 2: occasional large blasts
    • 3: numerous large atypical cells, extensive necrosis

  • Stains

    • positive: EBV, CD20, CD30+/-
    • negative: CD15
    • background T cells: CD3+
