Clinical- GERD, vocal trauma
- bilateral, most frequently posterior larynx
- up to 3 cm
Histology- surface: fibrinoid necrosis
- stroma: granulation tissue, chronic inflammation, histiocytes, giant cells
Ddx- Wegener granulomatosis
- inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor
- Kaposi sarcoma
- angiosarcoma
- SCC
