  • Clinical

    • site: node (most common), skin, soft tissue, +/- visceral organ involvement

  • Morphology

    • paracortical infiltrate
    • patterns: fascicles, whirls, occasional sheets of round cells
    • cytology: spindle, ovoid, indistinct borders
    • background T cells (near absent B cells)

  • Stains

    • pos: S100, vimentin
    • neg: LCH (CD1a, langerin), FDC (CD21, 23, 35), MPO
