    • morphology resembles CLL: small lymphs, vacuolated plasma cells
    • stains: lymphs (CD20), negative for CD5 and CD10

  • Alpha

    • IgA
    • Variant of MALToma, age 20-30s
    • Morphology: plasma cells, mixed small lymphs, can have pale marginal zone cells
    • stains: lymphs (CD20), plasma cells (CD138), negative for CD5 and CD10
