- morphology resembles LPL
- mixed lymphs, plasacytoid lymphs and plasma cells
- blasts, histiocytes, eosinophils
- stains: lymphs (CD20), plasma cells (CD138), negative for CD5 and CD10
Mu- IgM
- morphology resembles CLL: small lymphs, vacuolated plasma cells
- stains: lymphs (CD20), negative for CD5 and CD10
Alpha- IgA
- Variant of MALToma, age 20-30s
- Morphology: plasma cells, mixed small lymphs, can have pale marginal zone cells
- stains: lymphs (CD20), plasma cells (CD138), negative for CD5 and CD10
