- location: hand, favors right 4th finger
- size: < 3 cm
Histology- architecture: nodules
- fibroblasts
- stroma: collagen, slit vasculature, may have bizarre cells
- may have myxoid change, cyst, hyalin
- may have metaplastic cartilage or bone
