Clinical- EBV
- Asian, South America prevalence
- site: most commonly nasal
- can have hemophagocytic syndrome
Morphology- lymphoid infiltrate (dermis, fat, +/- epidermis)
- angiocentric, angiodestructive
- zonal necrosis
- can have mixed plasma cells, eosinophils, histiocytes
Stains- positive: EBV, CD2, CD56, cCD3, cytotoxic (granzymeB, TIA1)
- negative: sCD3
