    • EBV
    • Asian, South America prevalence
    • site: most commonly nasal
    • can have hemophagocytic syndrome
  • Morphology

    • lymphoid infiltrate (dermis, fat, +/- epidermis)
    • angiocentric, angiodestructive
    • zonal necrosis
    • can have mixed plasma cells, eosinophils, histiocytes
  • Stains

    • positive: EBV, CD2, CD56, cCD3, cytotoxic (granzymeB, TIA1)
    • negative: sCD3
  • Molecular

    • lacks TCR rearrangement
