Histology
vessels lined by plump cells
vessels are usually small and immature. It can also involve a larger vessel, with intraluminal component
vessels can also be large and mature in the dermis
vessels are benign and have endothelium and myopericytic layer
inflammatory background (eosinophils, lymphocytes, follicles)
Stains
positive: CD31
actin positive in myopericytic layer around vessels
