    • mitosis readily identified, can be over 5 per 10 HPF
    • can have clefts, pseudoalveolar or pseudoglandular spaces
    • multinucleated giant cells
    • mononuclear cells
    • foamy macrophages
  • Stains

    • giant cells: CD68, CD45
    • mononuclear cells: CD68
