Molecular- polyclonal T cells by TCR gene
Ddx- mycosis fungoides
- Langerhans cell histiocytosis
- sinus histiocytosis with Langerhans cells, eosinophils, PMNs, plasma cells
- nonspecific paracortical hyperplasia
- less langerhans cells and dendritic cells
- no melanocytes
