  • Histology

    • Wilms tumor that is entirely cystic, thin delicate septa
    • Wilms triphasic (blastemal, epithelial, stromal) elements within septa
      • blastemal: small blue cells
      • epithelial: tubules
      • stromal: muscle, mesenchyme
    • lack of expansile nodules
    		•
