      • tubulo-cystic
    • cytology
      • clear cytoplasms, focally eosinophilic
      • polygonal cells
      • high grade nuclei
      • hobnailing

  • Stains

    • PASD negative because it's glycogen
    • negative for ER
    • can be positive for p53, p16

  • Ddx

    • serous: papillary architecture only
    • yolk sac: young, microcystic, Schiller duval, AFP
    • mucinous: PASD+ bcz it's mucin
    • secretory endometrioid: low grade
