Clinical- median age 60
- site: blood and marrow
- usually asymptomatic
Morphology- NK cells with granules (can be coarse or fine)
- marrow infiltrate by bland cells
Stains- positive: cCD3, CD16, CD56 (weak), TIA1, granzyme
- negative: surface CD3
