    • site: blood and marrow
    • usually asymptomatic

  • Morphology

    • NK cells with granules (can be coarse or fine)
    • marrow infiltrate by bland cells

  • Stains

    • positive: cCD3, CD16, CD56 (weak), TIA1, granzyme
    • negative: surface CD3
