    • encompases HGPIN, tiny focus of adenocarcinoma, adenosis, reactive atypia
    • ASAP has higher rate of cancer than HGPIN on repeat biopsy
    • ASAP may or may not be re-biopsied

  • Histology

    • small focus of atypical glands

  • Scenarios

    • tiny focus and at the edge of core
    • looks like small focus of cancer, but has acute inflammation, can't exclude reactive
    • crushed atypical cells suspicious for cancer
    • single gland with blue mucin and hyperchromasia
