  • Histology

    • multinodular spindle to epithelioid cells
      • eosinophilic, histiocytoid or myoid
      • vesicular nuclei
    • pseudoangiomatoid spaces: no endothelium, contains blood
    • thick fibrous pseudocapsule
    • pericapsular lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate

  • Stains

    • desmin (50%), EMA (40%)
    • negative: actin, myosin, S100, HMB45, CK, CD34, CD31
