Clinical- age: children, young adults
- site: extremities, trunk, head/neck
- looks like hematoma
Histology- multinodular spindle to epithelioid cells
- eosinophilic, histiocytoid or myoid
- vesicular nuclei
- pseudoangiomatoid spaces: no endothelium, contains blood
- thick fibrous pseudocapsule
- pericapsular lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate
Stains- desmin (50%), EMA (40%)
- negative: actin, myosin, S100, HMB45, CK, CD34, CD31
