      • solid: compact intersecting smooth muscle, small slit-like vessels
      • venous: not-as-compact smooth muscles, venous vessels with muscular walls
      • cavernous: small amount of smooth muscle, dilated vascular channels
    • mature smooth muscle
    • may have small groups of fat

  • Stains

    • positive: SMA
