      • may have metplasia
    • sarcomatous mesenchymal component
      • homologous: smooth muscle, sex cord-like elements
      • heterologous: striated muscle, cartilage, fat
    • resembles phyllodes tumor

  • Stains

    • epithelial components: CK
    • mesenchymal: CD10, smooth muscle
