    • site: mainly nodes, can have marrow, liver, spleen involvement

  • Morphology

    • scattered large atypical B cells
    • background T cells and histiocytes

  • Stains

    • large atypical cells
      • positive: B markers, BCL6
      • variable: BCL2, EMA
      • negative: CD15, CD30, CD138
    • background
      • T cells: CD3, CD5
      • histiocytes: CD68
