Sezary syndrome

Clinical- triad: erythroderma, generalized lymphadenopathy, clonal cerebriform T cells
- additionally: cerebriform cell > 1000/mm3, CD4/8 > 10, or T antigen loss
- age > 60
- leukemia (blood involved)
Morphology- infiltrate of monotonous cerebriform cells
- non-specific skin biopsy does not rule it out, need peripheral blood eval
Stains- positive: CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, TCRB
- negative: CD7, CD26
