    • children/young adult
    • bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy (90%)
    • other nodes may be involved
    • systemic symptoms

  • Histology

    • sinus histiocytosis
    • emperipolesis: histiocytes engulfing blood cells
    • large eosinophilic histiocytes with round nuclei and single central nucleolus

  • Stains

    • histiocytes: S100+, CD68+, CD1a-
