    • acute: fibrinoid necrosis (arterioles and glomeruli)
    • chronic: glomerular collapse, glomerular basement membrane duplication, proliferative endarteritis (concentric/onion skin myointimal proliferation in artery)
    • other findings: RBC in tubules, thrombi in vessels and glomeruli, fragmented RBCs
