  • Clinical

    • persistent cytopenia
    • follow up to see if it turns into a specific MDS type

  • Criteria

    • RCUD or RCMD but with too much blasts (1% in blood)
    • RCUD but with pancytopenia
    • MDS cytogenetics and persistent cytopenia, dysplasia present but not enough (<10%), blasts doesn't make it to RAEB (< 1% blood, < 5% marrow)
