    • site: bone, node, skin, lung, liver, spleen
    • almost always smoker if lung primary
    • nonclonal, reactive process

  • Morphology

    • Langerhans cells (oval, nuclear groove)
    • scattered eos, lymphs
    • Birbeck granules on EM

  • Stains

    • pos: CD1a, langerin, S100
