Clinical- race: white, rarely blacks
- site: bone, node, skin, lung, liver, spleen
- almost always smoker if lung primary
- nonclonal, reactive process
Morphology- Langerhans cells (oval, nuclear groove)
- scattered eos, lymphs
- Birbeck granules on EM
Stains- pos: CD1a, langerin, S100
