ALK positive large B cell lymphoma

Clinical- < 1% of DLBCL
- male predominance (3:1)
- site: mostly nodes and mediastinum
Morphology- sinusoidal (in node sinuses)
- large blasts
- central nucleoli
- pale nuclei
- abundant cytoplasm
- can have atypical multinucleated giant cells
Stains- positive: ALK, EMA, plasma cell markers (CD138, VS38)
- negative: CD3, CD20, CD79a, CD45, CD30
